Background 

Marco Giertz was born and has lived most of his life in Stockholm. He has extensive and thorough experience from many different kinds of visits. As a qualified Stockholm tourist guide and with a degree in business and international economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, Marco has extensive knowledge of such subjects as history, economics and politics. Marco has also studied at the Royal Institute of Technology and the Politecnico di Milano and has lived in many different countries.

Since 2015, Marco has been a lecturer for professional visits to Stockholm Kista Science City. In addition to this, Marco has had regular assignments as a guide at the Swedish Parliament since 2006.

Marco has also hosted a national TV series “Art Gems of the Swedish Parliament” and has appeared in a number of traveller blogs and vlogs. Marco is a much-appreciated guide with a unique ability to capture people’s interest and make everyone feel that they are being well taken care of.

Special interests
